Montclair is blessed with an abundance of fun attractions for residents and visitors to enjoy. Here’s a shortlist of our favorites:

1. Roberts Regional Recreation Area | 10570 Skyline Blvd, Oakland, CA 94611, United States

This 87-acre area is a popular place for family and group picnicking with its lush setting off Skyline Boulevard in Oakland at an elevation nearly 1000 feet higher than that found on most other city streets or parks, thanks to second-growth redwood trees which only grew here between 1840 – 1860 when plenty was being logged due west towards San Jose after gold was discovered just below where it now stands during what’s called The Gold Rush era (1848).

Roberts Regional Recreation Area features a baseball field, playfields, and sand volleyball court available on a first-come basis. Roberts Park also contains an accessible children’s area with barrier-free accessibility for wheelchairs that encourages independence through games designed specifically to meet your child’s developmental needs!

 2. Montclair Railroad Trail | 1901-1903 Asilomar Dr, Oakland, CA 94611, United States

Passenger rail service through this canyon began in 1913 as the Oakland, Antioch, and Eastern Railway. In 1928 this line became part of the Sacramento Northern Railroad which provided passenger and freight service for over seventy-five years until it was replaced by buses after World War II when San Francisco’s Trans Bay Interurban Highway Bridge opened up to cars on both decks – making these trains obsolete!

Residents are also able to enjoy a rich spiritual life at the following houses of worship:

1. St Theresa Church | 30 Mandalay Rd, Oakland, CA 94618, United States

Catholicism is a heavenly gift that allows us to become fully human and alive. Catholicism invites you, as it does us-to come to experience the joy of knowing our Lord Jesus Christ who truly lives!

The Church has been called “the People of God” because they understand themselves primarily in terms of ultimate love: not just an emotional feeling but rather deep intimacy with someone else–a romance where one person can share everything good or bad about themself without fear.  It’s this depth of relationship made possible through sharing your life story which makes being Catholic so powerful for both individual followers/Mortimore roots.

2. Zion Lutheran Church | 5201 Park Blvd, Piedmont, CA 94611, United States

Zion Lutheran Church is a member church of the Missouri Synod, which believes that every person has been created uniquely and is infinitely valuable. They believe humans can be redeemed through Jesus’ death on Calvary as well as empowered with purpose by God’s loving design for each individual life according to His plan.

Zion Lutheran Chruch subscribes wholeheartedly to these beliefs about faith in its various expressions: from quiet reflection before icons depicting scenes from scripture or artfully arranged flowerpots filled not only heart-wrenching beauty but also hope; singing collectively hymns so powerful they bring tears while forming words together like music echoing off stone walls–even dancing under angelic strands.

3. St John’s Episcopal Church | 1707 Gouldin Rd, Oakland, CA 94611, United States

St. John’s Welcomes You! Through invitation, inclusion, and action they welcome all people just as God created them. No matter where you are on your journey of faith or what stage in life is happening to you at this moment; whether single or honeymooner newly married couple with children — no boundaries apply when it comes down St Johns’ way for welcoming everyone — young & old alike, couples living together without being married yet have families that have been formed from previous relationships– single moms by choice who can’t wait until they find themselves matched up again someday soon.
