I always do a comprehensive market analysis and look at all comparable recent sales in your neighborhood, comparing date of sale, list price versus sales price and the price per square foot. This is so we can figure out the value of your home and the best list price to get you a quick and profitable sale. I coordinate everything we need to do to make your home look its best, from stagers, painters, landscapers and photographers to home inspectors. I manage it all and create an attractive marketing campaign. I'll advertise your home in the local papers, send out postcards, post on social media, the MLS and other sites like Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com. When you receive offers I will help you determine which offer is the strongest that will have a successful and timely close. Once we are in contract I will communicate directly with the buyer’s agent, the title company, transaction coordinator and lender to make sure everything goes smoothly.
