Social distancing has been a disaster for many newly adopted puppies during the pandemic. Many have not received the socialization and experiences they need to learn good behavior. Now, they are unruly teens and owners need help. Trainers are booked up, classes are full and shelters are hoping this doesn’t translate to more people surrendering their animals. I spoke to Washington Post reporter Kim Kavin about her latest story.
